#5 Team in the Nation!

A letter to Mark Gottfried:

I want to take the time to say Thank You. I really appreciate your efforts with the University of Alabama over the past few years. I am a traditional Alabama fan who grew up learning about the Football program at a very early age and continues to Roll Tide every fall. However, after seeing the beauty of college basketball, I have become an avid Bama Basketball supporter. In amidst all of the Football speculation about a new coach and all of that I wanted to just inform you that a large population of the Bama Nation is becoming more and more supportive and appreciative of what you have built at the Capstone. I so admire the clean program you have built and the fact that you ensure your players all graduate is honorable – you are the type of man who I would love to have my son play for. I do not get to many games as it is a 3 hour drive but I try to make a couple in the season. Thank goodness for crimsontradition.com and Sirius radio!

I wish you the best of luck on your tough stretch prior to SEC play and during the brutal SEC schedule (the toughest league in the nation). Roll Tide on the road in South Bend and Raleigh! My best wishes to you, the team, and your family during the holidays! God Bless…

Sincerely,

Bamabuck
