Thanks to Florida and LSU for locking spots in the BCS bowls; I have my tickets, parking pass, room reservations, and transportation lined out to see Bama take on those Cowboys from OSU! This game is a "made for television" game (quoted from Paul Finebaum). I hope that the Bama Nation will go support the current coaches and players on a team that was 'O, so close' all year long. T
he extra reps are desperately needed for this young team. I believe that Joe Kines will coach our boys well as we go play a up-and-down OSU team that like Bama needs a win to post a winning season on 2006. Joe Kines has done this before (while at Arkansas) and will have the boys ready! I wouldn't be surprised if you hear an announcement that Joe Kines will be next defensive coordinator at Texas prior to the bowl game. I also expect a new head football coach to be named by the end of this week to the early part of next week. I am so excited!What's your early line on the Independence bowl?
