Almost heaven, west virginia...

Almost heaven, west virginia
Blue ridge mountains, shenandoah river
Life is old there, older than the trees
Younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze

Country roads, take me home
To the place, I be-long
West virginia, mountain momma
Take me home, country roads

I wish that John Denver was writing the news reports in West Virginia as maybe they will be factual! If you haven't heard, the West Virgina Metro News is reporting that UA and Rich Rodriguez are very close to a deal. Per the report, the deal is apparently going to be consummated after WVA's last game against Rutgers. The full report can be seen at www.wvmetronews.com (click here). After reading this article, it seems like - 'ah, we finnally have the real scoop from some media other than the Bama "sharks" covering the story.' To take a line from Lee Corso, "Not so fast my friend!" The ESPN reporter mentioned as the source in the story, Pat Forde, emphatically denied the written story on the Paul Finebaum network. You can listen this interview by clicking here. Another West Virginia reporter confirmed the same storied aforementioned. If you need a good laugh, listen to this shredding by Paul Finebaum (click here).

I would love to have Rich Rodriguez! I think he would be a great coach to restore order in the Bama Football program! Listen to Kirk Herbstreit's remarks about this guy (click here)!

The only thing certain in this whole ordeal is THANK GOODNESS FOR PAUL FINEBAUM!!! He sifts through the tons and tons of dirt to find the flecks of gold.
